Due to the COVID-19 epidemic our Government of the Republic of Slovenia issued an “Act Determining the Intervention Measures to Contain the COVID-19 Epidemic and Mitigate its Consequences for Citizens and the Economy”.

Based on the above adopted act we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
For the existing reservations, which are subject to local regulations applicable to tour operators, we allow free cancellations with the following exception:
- If the package travel contract is not fulfilled due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances caused by the epidemic, the travel organizer shall be deemed to fulfil its obligation to return all payments if it issues a voucher to the consumer in the amount of all consumer payments. The voucher shall be issued to the bearer and shall be redeemable within 24 months from the issue.
- If the consumer does not agree with the offered voucher, the tour operator shall return all payments to the consumer no later than 12 months after the declaration of the end of the epidemic.
