1) Full Refund: If you wish to cancel your tour reservation, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the tour. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of the tour amount paid, and no cancellation fee will be imposed.
2) Partial Refund: If you decide to cancel your tour reservation within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the tour, a cancellation fee will apply. You will receive a refund amounting to 50% of the total tour amount paid, and the remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
3) No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the tour will not be eligible for any refund. The full tour amount will be retained as a cancellation fee.
4) Force Majeure Events: In the unfortunate event that you, the customer, need to cancel the tour due to circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event, our cancellation policy may be subject to modification. In such cases, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible.
a. If you cancel the tour due to a force majeure event, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and you may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the timeline of your cancellation as mentioned in points 1 and 2 of this policy.
b. However, in the case of a force majeure-related cancellation, the operator may retain up to 30% of the total tour amount to cover the costs incurred by the operator. The remaining amount, after deducting the applicable fee, will be refunded to you promptly.
c. We understand that force majeure events can disrupt travel plans unexpectedly. In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, we will require documentation or evidence supporting the occurrence of the force majeure event, such as official statements, travel advisories, or any other relevant documents.
d. We will review each force majeure-related cancellation request on a case-by-case basis. If the cancellation is deemed eligible for a refund, the refund amount will follow the guidelines specified in points 1 and 2 of this policy, after deducting the applicable fee.
e. In the event of a force majeure-related cancellation where the operator retains up to 30% of the total tour amount as specified in clause b, the retained fees can be used as a voucher for future bookings with us.
f. The voucher can be applied towards any tour or service offered by our company, subject to availability and the terms and conditions outlined by the operator.
g. The voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the customer whose tour was canceled due to force majeure.
h. The voucher is valid for a specified period, typically one year from the date of the canceled tour. It cannot be redeemed for cash and has no monetary value beyond its intended purpose.
i. To use the voucher, please contact our customer service team to make a new booking. Kindly provide the voucher details for verification and application towards the new booking.
j. If the cost of the new booking exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining amount will be payable by the customer. If the cost is less than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded, and the remaining amount will remain as credit for future use.
We understand the importance of flexibility in these situations, and providing a voucher option allows you to plan your future travels while utilizing the retained fees from the force majeure-related cancellation.
Please note that force majeure events are unforeseeable and beyond your control. While we sympathize with the challenges you may face, we must adhere to our standard cancellation policy to ensure fair treatment for all customers and cover the costs incurred by the operator.

5) Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your tour reservation, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. 6) Refund Processing: Once the cancellation request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund amount to be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.
